Prices & Booking Terms
Prices: £595 - £695 per week, depending on time of the year
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Each extra person is charged at £50.00 per person, per week. There is no extra person charge for children up to age 12.
A deposit of £150.00 per week will secure your booking and the final balance will be due 10 weeks before arrival. An email will be sent reminding you when the final balance is due.
When the deposit and final balances are paid, an email should be sent to kim@lanzarotecountryvillas.com confirming that monies have been paid into the account. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received into the nominated account.

CANCELLATIONS
If you or a member of your party needs to cancel your confirmed arrangements, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing by e-mail. Your notice of cancellation will take effect when it is received at our premises. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, we will levy the following cancellation charges:-

Cancellation charges are based on the total holiday cost.
Cancellation charges are sometimes reclaimable on your insurance policy and if you need a communication from us for your insurance company, we will be happy to help.
